Ge’ez eSport fast growth and Stellar performance
Ge’ez eSport is just 1 year old but has been making waves in esport circles in Ethiopia and the horn of Africa. Just last year they hosted the first PUBG Mobile Tournament in Ethiopia to host 32 Squads (128 Players ) with a prize pool of over 700$ (US Dollars) it has since been educating the gaming community on eSport etiquette with it’s weekly live Streamed custom rooms.
Meanwhile the Community leaders have been hard at work prepearing for another first in Ethiopian history PUBG Mobile Pro League Ethiopia this esporting event will see 400 elite players battling for the title of Ethiopian pro league champions; Ge’ez eSport has set new standards in the eSports sector in Ethiopia by implementation of revolutionary tech to handle aspects of the completion such as the Ge’ez eSport registration bot on telegram.
Ge’ez eSport is also the first online gaming community to create their own gaming social media platform called GeezGamers™, the network addresses an issue Ethiopian content creators are all too familiar with, promoting on social media requires online payment methods that we don’t have in the case of GeezGamers there is no need for this as any public post will show up on the scrollable news feed regardless of your connection status with the poster i.e being friends.
The team at Ge’ez eSport finally got some well deserved recognition on the 30th October 2021 at the closing ceremony of Chewatacon a gamers conversation in Ethiopia. The Ge’ez eSport Director Ermias Tefera was there to hear the outcome of the catagory for “Best Gaming Community 2021” to everyone’s surprised Ge’ez eSport won up against competitors that have been in the industry for more than 6 years.
I know we deserve to win but we weren’t expecting it we are not used to getting praise or recognition
